Brief: Our client, a global manufacturer/distributor in Bolingbrook is now hiring ambitious, B2B Outbound Telesales Representatives to join their growing Business Development team.

Client is only interested in motivated, self-starters with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Business-to-business sales experience is preferred, but not necessary, as they will provide you with a tremendous amount of training to ensure your success in this role (and there are advancement opportunities for strong performers). Outbound Telesales Representatives will be responsible for managing and growing a territory. This is an inside sales position contacting potential and previous customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and qualifying accounts based on industry and size of a given facility or company
  • Networking to identify decision makers, processes, and procedures involved with the procurement of industrial supplies
  • Providing value above and beyond price by walking through key value propositions that will increase efficiency in your prospects’ role

    The qualified candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills. This position requires exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The candidate must also possess strong PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. The candidate must maintain confidentiality of all information.

    This is a full-time, salaried plus bonus position. Client offers a competitive salary in the $60k range that would be commensurate with experience, especially industrial insurance and related services. The benefit package includes Medical, Dental, a 401k Retirement Savings Plan, and Paid Vacation.
