Client Service/Hospitality Account Manager
Description

Our client is a well-established marketing firm specializing in the hospitality industry seeking a Client Service/Hospitality Account Manager.

Position focus:

  • Day-to-day interaction with clients (Meeting Planners/Convention and Visitors Bureaus)
  • Replying to Requests
  • Answering Questions and Providing Strategic Solutions
  • Internet, Phone and Email/Survey Research
  • Maintaining and Building Databases

Top-notch oral and written communication skills a must. College degree required. Computer proficiency and data literacy essential. Internet research experience a plus. Hospitality background preferred.

Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $38,000 – $40,000/year (DOE)
  • Insurance: Allowance of $300 per month after 90 days of employment completed
  • Flex Time: year 1-2: two weeks (after 6 months); year 3-5: three weeks; year 6+: four weeks
  • Paid Major Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
