Description
Our industrial services client in Northbrook seeks an Inside Sales Development Associate due to new acquisition growth within the company. Areas of focus include lead nurturing, existing customer maintenance, and executing targeted marketing campaigns that create new customers for client’s various mechanical services companies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Contact B2B leads to learn about their company and offer services accordingly
Updating and maintaining information in CRM
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience handling B2B sales
BA or BS degree preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
1+ year experience working with a CRM or Lead Management System
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Client offers a salary of $48k-$50k (DOE), plus bonus structure. Full benefits package.
