About the Job:
As a Sales Representative, your main objective is to assess, qualify and process potential borrowers continually maintained in client’s proprietary database of leads (no cold calling). You will speak with Illinois investors over the phone and in person, discuss loan programs, and determine whether client’s model fits their project and qualifications. Ideally, by the end of the conversation, the qualified investors will fill out an application to begin the origination process.
Responsibilities will include prospecting (phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, relationship building, etc.), qualifying (project details, needs, credit and experience), and more.
The Sales Representative will receive full training for the position.
