A global manufacturer/distributor is now hiring ambitious, B2B Sales Representatives to join their growing, North American Business Development team.
Our client is only interested in motivated, self-starters with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Business-to-business sales experience is preferred, but not necessary, as they will provide you with a tremendous amount of training to ensure your success in this role (and there are advancement opportunities for strong performers). The most important attribute you bring to the work is your strong desire to succeed driven by your raw talent and entrepreneurial mindset.
Outbound Telesales Representatives will be responsible for managing and growing a territory. This is an inside sales position contacting potential and previous customers.
This is an hourly paid position and includes monthly UNCAPPED commissions opportunities. Established representatives can be (and are) in the $40,000 to $60,000 a year range after building their book of business (historically within 2 years).
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends), offering comprehensive benefits to include medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401K, annual guaranteed profit sharing and more.
