Sales Development/Fulfillment support for a specialty travel products company during Q4 holiday season.
Our client is a 90-year old company that recently relocated its corporate HQ, including its manufacturing/distribution operations, to Elmhurst, IL.
Client company currently has an immediate and long-term need: The immediate need is for a B2B, Inside Sales Development Rep to focus on the company’s Q4 seasonal sales/resupply initiatives from now through year end.
This calling campaign requires a polished, B2B communicator who will be contacting dormant retail accounts, as well as seasonal distribution/retail buyers gearing up for the holiday season. Until recently, the company sales model had been structured around their contract field representatives covering sales territories throughout North America. Currently, the company has transitioned its sales operations to the inside sales/internal account management model.
This work would require a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6 hours per day during the daytime business hours of 9:00 – 3:00 (approx. 30 hours per week). This calling campaign pays $16.00 per hour (paid weekly), and will start ASAP.
This job is deal for those interested in part-time work, as well as those interested in a ground floor opportunity for creating a position of Inside Sales Representative beginning in January 2020. You would, in fact, have a hand in creating the position, and growing the new telesales team.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 solid years of B2B, inside sales experience, and experience working with contact lists in Excel format is essential. CRM experience is a plus, as a new system in this transition will be deployed in the coming weeks.
